‘The Great Escape’ from summer boredom is on at Lydiard Park Academy, don’t miss out.

For the tenth year running there is a unique opportunity for your child to beat the boredom of a long summer holiday. ‘The Great Escape’ is on at Lydiard Park Academy (LPA), in the form of two summer sports weeks. Organised and run by an experienced PE teacher and responsible leaders, children have the opportunity to play a variety of sports for an entire week. Children will take part in sports such as; Football, Netball, Hockey, Handball, Badminton, Volleyball, Roller Ball, Rounders, Cricket, Athletics, Dance, Danish Long Ball, Table Tennis and more. This is a unique opportunity for any child that loves sports. The week will be based around games and learning through competition.

Age range – Year 4 to Year 8 (Age 9 to 13) – Please note that younger children will take part in some activities with older children. When this happens, it is carefully controlled to ensure the health and safety of all involved.

Time – 9.30am until 3pm

Both Weeks** Monday 25th July until Friday 5th August (excluding the weekend and Friday 29th July)


(5% discount applied for booking both weeks)

*Please note that the first  week will run from Monday until Thursday.

**This is the price per child. The cost may not be split to allow one child to attend the first week and a different child to attend the second.

Please include  either  your cash payment, or if preferred, a cheque made out to ‘The Great Escape’ for the attention of  Mr C. Dobbs. All payments are non-refundable.
